Arranging Services
I provide bespoke musical arrangements and orchestrations commissioned by the client. My arranging fee covers the creation of the arrangement and the preparation and delivery of all agreed musical materials.
The client is solely responsible for obtaining any permissions, licences, or clearances required for the use, performance, recording, broadcast, or other exploitation of the underlying musical compositions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyright and intellectual property rights in the arrangements and orchestrations remain the property of the arranger. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied musical charts solely for the performances or project for which they were commissioned. Any further use, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, resale, or transfer to third parties requires the arranger's prior written consent.
